Returns:

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at farmsteadnaturals@outlook.com with your order details.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Exclusions:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective.
